A New Feather

Most like to turn a new page or new leaf. For me it was a feather that started a change. I created this feather on Organza as a type of sun catcher. I wanted to see if both sides could look the same, something I do not usually do. It exceeded my hopes. I love the way it came out and I plan to do many more double sided pieces to display in windows or behind glass.

I have so many ideas on where I would like to take this as I move forward in my embroidery journey.
